Refund policy

At Verta Club, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are made to order, we ask that you carefully review this policy before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

• The item arrives damaged or defective.
• You receive the wrong product.
• The item has a manufacturing defect.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer.
• Change of mind.
• Color preference.
• Ordering by mistake.

Please review our size charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will gladly provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
